AEdTech helps you process and print exam results effectively and efficiently. Admin personnel just have to enter the assignment, project and exam marks. Based on the master settings for each subject, grade will be computed automatically. Apart from that exam results can be viewed online using valid credentials.
Admin personnel or management staff can see the attendance if the proximity system able to pass the information to AEdTech. The information can be used to monitor the lecturer/student attendance status for a specific period. Also, this information (e.g. date, time and duration) will be useful for part-time lecturer’s salary calculation.
AEdTech prevents erroneous data entry through extensive data validation rules. The organization can define its transaction parameters through policy settings that might change according to evolving business needs.
Only authorized users can access the system and each transaction can only be approved by authorized personnel according to the organization’s work flow requirements (if required). Existing business rules can be easily defined and integrated into the system. |
