 Education Management Solutions
AEdTech is a fully integrated software product that is used for the purposes of administering an Educational Enterprise. AEdTech is assimilated into the operations of the educational institution. The process that had been taken was to sit down with the various operations level personnel to go through the processes that they go through on a daily basis. This learning was done at the colleges in India as wells as in Malaysia. The other fundamental understanding is that all subjects would be assigned a cost and charged according to their registrations or credit noted when deregistration is done.

 

This perspective is in line with making things more efficient. This structure allows for real time processing of information throughout the touches made by individual departments. As an Enterprise Educational Management System, it is imperative that the management of student information should be done as a central role of the system. The system works on the premise that this Student Lifecycle Management (SLM) perspective is done from the start to the end. There is also the perspective of SLM that can be done across various institutions in the Educational Enterprise. This particular system has been tried and tested to run SLM across a Primary/Secondary/College and University. The success has been the management that has been made available for the Student and their relations.

AEdTech provides an integrated Student Lifecycle Management (SLM) environment to manage all aspects of your educational operation including student maintenance, bursary, subject’s mark, attendance, schedule, staff maintenance, prospectus student, security and also portal.

Support both single and multiple school/college/university locations
AEdTech supports both single and multiple educational organizations. Information from subsidiary school/college is interfaced to the head office system using XML to create a single-view of the organization’s educational operation.

Manage human resource effectively
AEdTech helps manage human resource more effectively with the facilities to record key personnel information and activities such as qualification, work experience, promotion and other career events.

Prepare exam results accurately
AEdTech helps you process and print exam results effectively and efficiently. Admin personnel just have to enter the assignment, project and exam marks. Based on the master settings for each subject, grade will be computed automatically. Apart from that exam results can be viewed online using valid credentials.

Track attendance
Admin personnel or management staff can see the attendance if the proximity system able to pass the information to AEdTech. The information can be used to monitor the lecturer/student attendance status for a specific period. Also, this information (e.g. date, time and duration) will be useful for part-time lecturer’s salary calculation.

Prevent erroneous data entry through data and business rules validation
AEdTech prevents erroneous data entry through extensive data validation rules. The organization can define its transaction parameters through policy settings that might change according to evolving business needs.

Built-in workflow process and system access control
Only authorized users can access the system and each transaction can only be approved by authorized personnel according to the organization’s work flow requirements (if required). Existing business rules can be easily defined and integrated into the system.
